Xerox

When the original Copy General opened in 1979, the first piece of equipment in the door was a Xerox 9200 copier—the machine made famous by Brother Dominic. Over the past 30 years we have continued to make Xerox our primary supplier of copying, and now digital printing, equipment. We have worked with them as a beta-tester for several models of equipment and we were the first in the area to install the Xerox iGen3.

Adobe

Adobe Systems is the premiere provider of graphic arts software. Programs such as Acrobat (and its PDFs), Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, have become the mainstays of creative professionals. Copy General has a strong and close connection with the company. For several years, Copy General president, Ken Chaletzky, has lead the DC-Area InDesign User Group to become the largest in the world.

Standard Graphics Mid-Atlantic

For all of the years Copy General has been in business, our primary supplier of bindery and finishing equipment has been Standard Graphics Mid-Atlantic, Inc. The Patton family has run this company for decades and they have always been our "go-to" people. http://www.standardgraphics.com/

XMPie

When it comes to variable data printing, there is one name that comes to mind first—XMPie. Copy General was one of the first companies in the area to implement this software and we continue to lead the way in finding new and creative ways to help our clients make the most of this new and exciting technology.
